Gift certificates, if offered in the shop, can be purchased like regular items. Once you have purchased a gift certificate and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear in your shopping cart. You can then send the desired amount via email using the "Send Gift Certificate" link.

How to Send Gift Certificates

To send a gift certificate, please click on the "Send Gift Certificate" link in your shopping cart. To send a gift certificate, we need the following information from you: Recipient's first and last name. A valid email address for the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your balance). A short message to the recipient. Please double-check your information before sending. You can correct your information at any time before sending.

Shopping with Gift Certificates

Once you have a balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You have the option to redeem your balance during the checkout process. If your balance is less than the order total, you must select your preferred payment method for the difference. If your balance exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will, of course, be available for your next order.

Redeeming Vouchers

If you received a voucher by email, you can redeem it as follows:

1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you don't yet have a personal customer account, you can create one.

2. After adding a product to your shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
